Williston is a beautiful historic town that was home to Vermont’s first Governor, Thomas Chittenden. Situated between Mount Mansfield, Camel’s Hump and Lake Champlain it is easy to understand why Thomas Chittenden decided to settle in Williston. The town is proud to be one of the first Smart Growth communities in Vermont. Williston has created a commercial retail core that has attracted numerous national retailers while maintaining its traditional village. Dining out is never a problem in Williston with many options to satisfy any palette. Enjoy dinner and a movie or shop to your hearts content all within just minutes of your home. Williston is a vibrant and active community boasting one of the counties best Independence Day celebrations. There is something very special about this little town. Williston is a short distance from the shores of Lake Champlain and downtown Burlington.

Transportation
Conveniently located a short distance from interstate 89, Route 15, and Route 2, Williston is the perfect location to easily access the areas amenities. If you’re missing the big city experience, Boston is just a 3 hour drive or 90 minutes to Montreal. You can even jump on a commuter flight and be in New York City, Boston or Washington in about an hour. The Burlington International Airport is serviced by most major airlines and is just minutes away from Williston.
